HR Data Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing data and converting it into valuable information like reports, dashboards, and visualizations to drive business improvements and influence strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage technical project scope in line with requirements at all stages. - Gather data from various sources to identify patterns and trends. - Establish record management processes and policies. - Build and maintain client relationships to understand their needs effectively. - Provide sales data, proposals, insights, and account reviews to clients. - Identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements and automation. - Develop and maintain automated data processes. - Evaluate and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing. - Generate and monitor key performance indicators. - Analyze data sets comprehensively and provide relevant information. - Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand data content. - Design and conduct surveys, and analyze survey data as per customer requirements. - Interpret complex data sets related to customers" businesses and prepare reports using business analytics tools. - Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to demonstrate business performance. - Conduct detailed analysis of large datasets, draw conclusions, and present insights to management. - Develop predictive models and share insights with clients based on their specific needs.
