HR Data Analyst

The HR Data Analyst is responsible for managing, reporting, visualizing, and analyzing workforce data to support the human resources team in developing data-driven insights across various functional areas. This role requires experience in handling large datasets and collaborating with teams to provide HR business intelligence. Responsibilities include collaborating with HR team members and business partners, collecting and compiling data from multiple sources, developing standard and ad hoc reports, ensuring report accuracy and timeliness, analyzing data for insights, producing reports and visualizations, working on data integrations with IT teams, and managing client requests effectively. Qualifications for this role include 2-3 years of professional experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field, exceptional judgment in handling confidential data, strong communication skills, experience in building data visualizations and secure data models, proficiency in Power BI (DAX & Power Query), experience with Microsoft SQL queries, strong MS Excel skills, ability to work with complex data sets, and familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform.
