Additional Requirements (nice to have): The Chief Compliance Officer should oversee various compliance areas including but not limited to commercial, financial, safety (EHS), data privacy & cybersecurity, HR, POSH, and regulatory/statutory compliance, and parallelly strategizing to involve DEI and ESG compliance as eventual additions.
