Job Description

As a seasoned General Manager of Human Resources at Dhruva Space, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the Human Resources function throughout the organization. Your role will require you to leverage your extensive experience in executing HR strategy, cultivating a high-performance culture, handling core HR operations, and ensuring organizational compliance. It will be essential to closely collaborate with the leadership team to align people strategies with business objectives, promote employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture. Your key duties will involve, but not be limited to: - Leading and supervising all core HR functions such as talent management, HRIS, employee relations, employee engagement, learning & development, and HR compliance. - Developing organization-wide HR strategies to meet current and future business requirements. - Establishing and managing performance management systems, including KPI alignment, annual reviews, and employee development plans. - Creating and executing employee engagement initiatives to support a healthy and inclusive work environment. - Managing and enhancing HR processes and systems, including the implementation and optimization of ERP/HRMS platforms. - Ensuring company-wide compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices. - Supervising grievance redressal mechanisms and conflict resolution procedures with fairness and transparency. - Overseeing leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability building in collaboration with department heads. - Providing guidance to office administration teams for efficient operations, vendor coordination, and workplace facilities. - Leading change management efforts and serving as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design and talent strategies. - Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes encompassing onboarding, confirmations, internal transfers, exits, and retirements. - Developing and monitoring HR budgets and metrics to facilitate data-driven decisions across all HR initiatives. Candidate Requirements: - A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position. - Previous experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Defence industries is highly desirable. - Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance standards, and HR operations. - Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in HR technology platforms, HR analytics, and ERP systems.,
