Position : Application Engineer Location : Across India Qualifications : B.Tech. in Mechanical/Production Engineering Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in Application Engineering/Product Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Production/Technical Services/Project Engineering Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: Application engineering Responsible for product establishment and development project Co-ordination with different agencies internally & externally for Application Engineering work Work for Business centric & customer centric project New product testing work with Product Management team Product testing, report generation and preparation of commercial proposals for customers Responsible for Customer training program Special attention to key OEMs in the region for getting new leads for business generation Close co-ordination with Sales team for all development projects Keep track on production, competition & development activity for key customers in the region Qualifications Experience in handling Sales for Industrial Consumables / Abrasives products, Auto-OEM, Auto ancillary or Bearings. Job Specification Experience : 2+ years of experience in Retail Sales Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: Achieve sales target • Achieve sales target in the assigned territory • Forecasting and planning of demand at start of each month Business Development • Identify new retailers/markets for conversion • Convert the identified retailers/ market opportunities • Implement Secondary Promotion schemes rolled over time to time Market Development Activity • Ensure GNO visibility at key retailers place. • Conduct Kiosk Activity” at retailer’s place.
