Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Process customer orders, track shipments, and update customers on delivery status.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Support resolution of product-related issues in coordination with quality and technical teams.
Prepare and share regular reports on customer service metrics and order status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Process customer orders and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
Flag low stock situations and coordinate replenishment with SCM team.

Collaborate with sales and planning teams to understand demand forecasts.
Align customer orders with production schedules and supply plans.
Support demand analysis and reporting for key accounts.

Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and customer service metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline or BE/BTech
49 years of experience in customer service, Support, Order Management preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup
Experience with order management and customer coordination
