Required Candidate Profile: MSW / MBA in HR having 18-20 years of experience in handling Corporate and Plant HR role in a pharmaceutical company. Candidate should have good experience in in HR leadership roles, with a strong background in performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Candidate should be good in handling complete In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Candidate should have ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
