About This Role

We're looking for an experienced HR leader to drive our India operations while supporting our global team. You'll be the go-to HR expert for our Hyderabad office, ensuring compliance, building great employee experiences, and partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

India HR Leadership

• Lead HR operations for our India team, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives
• Manage benefits, vendor relationships, and office operations for Hyderabad location
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs

Global & Regional Support

• Support EMEA operations and collaborate on global HR strategy
• Partner with VP, HR on workforce planning and organizational development
• Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Provide accounting oversight and budget management support

Team Development

• Manage and develop HR team members
• Create data-driven HR metrics and analytics
• Execute comprehensive project plans with measurable outcomes

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of HR experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience with Indian labor laws and local business practices
• Knowledge of UK HR practices, laws, and policies
• Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Experience with US-based companies or global operations
• Team management and development experience
• HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.)
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in HR)
