Position Overview:

The Senior Manager HR will lead the overall human resources strategy and operations, driving people-centric initiatives to support business growth. This role involves overseeing recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development aligned with company goals.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract skilled professionals across cybersecurity, technology, and business roles.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast manpower requirements.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred workplace.

2. Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Implement and monitor KPI-based performance systems.
  • Lead career development, appraisal cycles, and succession planning.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and HRMS operations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, policies, and audit readiness.

4. Culture, Engagement & Retention

  • Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.
  • Plan employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and drive initiatives for high retention.

5. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights for decision-making through HR analytics.
  • Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) and modern workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 612 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT/cybersecurity / SaaS industries.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning, policy formulation, and talent engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
