Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process guidelines for the organization.
  • Establish core HR pillars: Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Payroll Coordination, Employee Engagement, Training & Development.
  • Create and maintain an HR handbook, code of conduct, and workplace guidelines.
  • Design an organizational structure and manpower planning framework in consultation with management.
  • Set up HRMS/attendance, leave management, and document management systems.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and site-level positions.
  • Build hiring pipelines, coordinate with consultants, and manage job postings.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Drive seamless onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and coordinate payroll inputs monthly.
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws, statutory filings, and contractor workforce rules (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, PoSH, etc.).
  • Handle letters, certificates, and other HR-related documentation.

4. Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Implement a structured performance appraisal system and KPIs for project and non-project teams.
  • Support capability building, skill development programs, and training calendars.
  • Identify gaps, and design development interventions with management.

5. Employee Relations & Culture

  • Build a healthy and transparent work culture aligned with DY Infras values.
  • Manage employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications.

6. HR Strategy & Management Collaboration

  • Advise management on workforce planning, HR analytics, and people strategy.
  • Drive change management and ensure alignment between HR and business goals.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and monthly HR summaries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 2-7 years of HR experience, preferably in infrastructure, EPC, construction, telecom, real estate, or project-based organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour law compliances, and payroll processes.
  • Ability to independently set up HR systems from scratch.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset.
