Job description Job Title : Human Resources (HR) Manager Department : Human Resources Job Overview : The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. Use data to make recommendations for improving HR processes and employee engagement. Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with diverse teams and handle sensitive issues professionally. Preferred Qualifications : MBA/ MSW or Any Relevant Degree Experience with HR software and systems
