Job description Job Title : Human Resources (HR) Manager Department : Human Resources Job Overview : The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. They will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to align HR practices with business goals. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment and Staffing : Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates. Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Employee Relations : Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide support for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws. Performance Management : Develop and implement performance management programs, including performance appraisals and feedback. Assist in setting objectives and goals for teams and individuals. Support managers in coaching and mentoring employees for development and growth. Compensation and Benefits : Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and bonus structures. Ensure the company offers competitive benefits packages and complies with local laws regarding benefits. Advise on compensation policies and ensure internal equity. Training and Development : Identify training needs and opportunities for employees to enhance their skills. Coordinate employee development programs, workshops, and seminars. Develop succession planning strategies and leadership development initiatives. Compliance and Policy Management : Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Update and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and handle confidential information responsibly. HR Reporting and Metrics : Prepare HR reports on key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training outcomes. Use data to make recommendations for improving HR processes and employee engagement. Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with diverse teams and handle sensitive issues professionally. Preferred Qualifications : MBA/ MSW or Any Relevant Degree Experience with HR software and systems
