As an integral member of the HR team, you will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations and continuous enhancement of employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Induction:

    Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation programs, and seamless integration into the organization.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Design and implement engagement strategies, plan company events, and foster initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee morale.
  • HR Administration:

    Maintain and update employee databases, HR documentation, and records with accuracy and confidentiality while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Policy Development:

    Research HR best practices, contribute to developing and refining HR policies, and ensure consistent application across departments.
  • Performance Management:

    Support and manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes to drive employee growth and organizational success.
  • Compliance & Operations:

    Ensure HR practices align with legal standards and company policies. Support efficient day-to-day HR operations, audits, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology

    , or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience

    in generalist or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in

    MS Office

    and familiar with

    HRIS systems

    .
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Passion for people development and organizational culture.
