The role demands strong leadership, process discipline, and the ability to drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of daily manufacturing operations and ensure seamless execution. Lead and improve production processes involving spray drying and glass-line reactors. Implement structured workflows and ensure adherence to SOPs across the plant. Lead operational enhancements that deliver measurable cost or efficiency gains. Build a strong team culture, manage staff, and ensure task accountability. Develop and enforce a preventive maintenance schedule and respond swiftly to breakdowns. Interpret and act on data via factory MIS reports to drive performance. Liaise effectively with external/local stakeholders as needed (knowledge of Gujarati is a bonus). Candidate Requirements Hands-on experience operating or commissioning spray dryers or GLRs. Ability to lead a factory workforce with clarity, discipline, and structure. Past experience improving operations through technical or process interventions. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficiency in monitoring plant KPIs and taking action to improve them. Exposure to growing businesses or startup-like manufacturing setups is preferred.
