Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for all functions, especially sales and business roles.
Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Performance Management & Goal Setting

Design and implement a performance management system aligned with business objectives.
Drive OKR/KPI setting and review cycles.
Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback loops.

Process & Policy Setup

Build and implement HR processes, SOPs, and policies from the ground up.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.

Sales Team Engagement & Retention

Develop targeted engagement and motivation programs for the sales team.
Collaborate with sales leaders to understand pain points and propose retention strategies.
Design incentive and recognition frameworks that align with business goals.

Training & Development

Identify learning needs and develop L&D programs tailored to various departments.
Facilitate leadership development, upskilling, and continuous learning culture.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Build a strong employee-centric culture with regular engagement initiatives.
Own the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to exit.

People Analytics & Benchmarking

Leverage HR analytics to support decision-making and track key metrics (attrition, productivity, etc.).
Conduct market and competition benchmarking for compensation and benefits.
