Grievance Handling – White & Blue collar.
Performance Management along with skill development.
Management of Facility, Event, Security, Housekeeping, Canteen & Procurement.
Formation, Conducting & taking corrective actions for Committees & Meetings
Continuous HR Process Improvements & implementing new HR Trends
Initiatives- Refinement of Org Structure, JD’s, Roles & Responsibilities, Gradation, Skills Matrixes.
Evaluating HR & Admin team performance on continual basis and work towards building a strong high-performance team.
