Cost & Efficiency Optimization Implement cost-control measures and reduce inefficiencies in logistics operations. Customer & Client Coordination Serve as the point of contact for key clients; handle service escalations and special requirements. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and quality service. 6. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to regulatory norms (RTO, road permits, E-way bills, GST, etc.). Maintain accurate and timely documentation of shipments, invoices, proof of delivery, etc. 7. Team Leadership & Development Manage and motivate the branch team including operations staff, drivers, and support staff. Provide training, performance feedback, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
