We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and oversee core HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment strategies, employee onboarding, HR processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end recruitment across departments Oversee onboarding, documentation, and induction Manage HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records Support employee engagement and policy implementation Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws Requirements: Masters degree in HR or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in TA and HR operations Strong communication and organizational skills
