You will be joining the team at 2070 Health, India's first healthcare-focused Venture Studio established by W Health. As Senior Human Resource Manager, your role will be pivotal in team recruitment, fostering a patient-centric culture, and driving employee engagement for the premier infusion business being constructed by The Stealth Company under 2070 Health. **Responsibilities:** - **Strategic HR Leadership:** Spearhead recruitment efforts for clinic/daycare centers, collaborate with senior management on HR strategies for talent management, and drive employee engagement. - **Patient-Centric Culture:** Design onboarding programs focused on patient-centric values to empower staff in enhancing patient care and taking ownership of their responsibilities. - **MIS and Reporting:** Ensure precise HR reporting, including manpower budgets, cost analysis, and accurate employee data management. - **Compliance and Audits:** Guarantee HR compliance through audits, policy implementation, accreditation standards oversight, and meticulous record maintenance. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA or HR certification is a plus). - 5-9 years of demonstrated experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in hospitality or healthcare, with a focus on customer success and engagement. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish relationships across all organizational levels. - Proficiency in formulating and executing HR strategies to drive organizational expansion and enhance customer experiences.,
