Senior Manager HR Job Description (Only Male Candidate)

Looking for a candidate with experience in managing operations for over 200+ retail stores, engaging

and overseeing a workforce of 3,000+ employees, and successfully recruiting more than 300 candidates

each month.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

* End-to-end blue-collar recruitment for retail stores, Warehouses, delivery ops etc

* Bulk hiring using both online & off line methods.

* Enhance employer brand image & central data base.

* Build and maintain hiring eco-system needed to hire 300 people every month.

Statutory Compliance & Payroll:

* Statutory compliance, including PF, Gratuity, ESIC, and Bonus etc calculations.

* Payroll management and processing.

* Attendance and leave management.

Employee Life cycle management:

* Performance management, Attrition control, Grievance redressal

* Manage IJPs, manage employee training, F& F settlements

* Managing wide spread hostels.

* make / revise / improve the processes & SOP of HR operations over all.

Skill Sets needed

* Proven ability to source candidates through NGOs, Skill Development Centers, Employment Exchanges,

and other non-conventional channels.

* Hands-on experience with blue collar job portals

* must be adept in field recruitment strategies.

* Large team management Skills

* Must be tech savvy

* Inter personal Skills & cross functional skills

Requirements:

• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

• Must have experience managing HR functions for a workforce of 3000+ employees.

• Must have a retail industry background.

• Years of experience: 12+ years

• Qualification: MBA

• Must be willing to travel frequently

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
