Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage IR, including handling unions, wage settlements, and strike management.
Act as HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Drive Talent Acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Ensure statutory compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Oversee Payroll operations with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Implement and monitor Performance Management systems to drive a high-performance culture.
Develop and execute Talent Management and succession planning initiatives.
Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership on workforce planning and employee engagement.
Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to deliver best-in-class HR services.

Preferred candidate profile:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in IR, HRBP, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, and talent management.

Strong experience in handling unions, wage settlements, and strike situations.
