Senior HR Manager Core HR

1. Job Purpose

To independently manage and oversee the execution of core HR functions across multiple branches of the company, ensuring uniform HR policy implementation, statutory compliance audit, employee engagement, manpower planning, and HR operational excellence. The position requires a hands-on HR professional who can travel to branches and ensure on-ground HR execution aligns with Head Office HR directives.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Core HR Operations

  • Implement and monitor all HR policies, SOPs, and procedures across all locations as per HO directives.
  • Manage complete

    employee life cycle (Hire to Exit)

    including joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, separations, and documentation.
  • Maintain and audit branch

    attendance, leave, and overtime records

    via ERP (SmartTime/ERPNext/Zoho) system.
  • Statutory compliance

    & Licences Audit.
  • Preparing & Rollout JD-KRA-KPI & Skill Analysis as per HO directives

B. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Coordinate with HODs for

    manpower requirement planning

    and track

    position-wise recruitment status

    .
  • Support branches & Talent Acquisition team for

    local hiring drives

    , skill tests, and walk-in interviews.
  • Conduct joining orientation and ensure

    proper onboarding

    of new hires at branch locations.

C. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the

    first line of HR contact

    for employee queries, grievances, and branch-level conflict resolution at branches.
  • Ensure

    disciplinary compliance

    on attendance, uniform, ID cards, safety, and conduct at all branches.
  • Conduct periodic

    employee feedback sessions

    and suggest engagement initiatives to improve retention.

D. HR Audits, MIS & Reporting

  • Conduct

    monthly HR audits

    at all branches to ensure HR system discipline, statutory file maintenance, and documentation accuracy.
  • Prepare

    branch-wise HR dashboards, reports, and compliance trackers

    for submission to Corporate HR.
  • Coordinate with ERP teams or internal system support for any ERP-HR training or updates.
  • Ensure

    data-driven reporting

    and timely closure of open HR Helpdesk tickets.

E. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate

    training needs

    with the L&D team and branch HODs.
  • Support rollout of

    POSH, Induction, and Compliance training

    at branch levels.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and share feedback reports with HO HR.

F. Travel & Coordination

  • Frequent travel (up to 10–15 days/month) to different branches across India for HR audits, training, or grievance handling.
  • Act as a

    liaison between Head Office HR and Branch HR teams

    for all HR communication, escalation, and policy rollout.

3. Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management (Full-time preferred)
  • Experience:

    7–8 years of experience in Core HR Operations
  • Technical Skills:

    • MS Excel, HR Reporting, Payroll Coordination
    • Knowledge of statutory compliance
