Client Servicing Manager / Sr Mgr Job Description ? Represent the company as a point of contact for clients and partners ? Attending meetings and Interpreting Client's Brief ? Understand the client's objectives, and converting brief into business ? Researching about the brief, making presentations in line with the brief & Sharing a winning cost proposal with client. ? Ensure clients are kept up-to-date with related event developments ? Deal with day-to-day clients inquiries and respond in a timely and appropriate manner ? Liaise with the internal Operations team to ensure that all aspects of the event are consistent with client's requirements ? Manage the branding process for clients ? Develop and expand business with existing set of clients ? Generating business from new clients & existing clients ? Providing weekly progress updates of the client event status and any escalations/issues at hand to the Directors of the company ? Follow up with the client for the payment as per the due date of bills as well as feedback ? Co ordination with Internal Team and external Vendors for effective completion of the project. ? Manage client escalations at their end with minimum involvement of Directors ? Manage a Team and supervise & streamline their work ? Constantly build on new themes, ideas, concepts and keep abreast with latest event trends & solutions for clients Desired Profile ? Excellent communication skills ?
