Payroll Accounting and Financial Posting Accurately post payroll-related entries to the general ledger and support month-end closing activities. Safeguard Data Integrity and Confidentiality Maintain the accuracy of payroll data and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Role & responsibilities - Contribute to strategic HR initiatives , aligning HR operations with organizational goals and business strategy. Lead and support HR policy formulation , review, and implementation across functions. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to managers and employees, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards. Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and provide inputs for policy restructuring to enhance operational efficiency. Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) , employee warnings , terminations , and bench cases in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
