Role & responsibilities Ensure Timely and Accurate Payroll Execution Process employee salaries efficiently, adhering to defined timelines and minimizing errors. Maintain Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, including tax deductions and regulatory filings. Payroll Accounting and Financial Posting Accurately post payroll-related entries to the general ledger and support month-end closing activities. Handle Employee Payroll Queries Address and resolve payroll-related questions and concerns from employees in a timely and professional manner. Safeguard Data Integrity and Confidentiality Maintain the accuracy of payroll data and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll processing and TDS. Strong working knowledge of Spine HR and HRMS systems is essential. Male candidates are preferred due to role-specific requirements.
