Location: Noida Experience: 1-3 years Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate joining About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a passionate and creative Video Editor with Motion Graphics skills to craft compelling visual stories for social media platforms and tech-driven clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping content for ongoing live projects. Key Responsibilities: Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn. Animate motion graphics (lower thirds, infographics, title intros/outros, UI animations, etc.). Collaborate with creative leads, designers, and marketing teams to bring brand stories to life. Handle post-production processes including color correction, audio syncing, transitions, and sound effects. Work with footage from ongoing live projects, syncing with production teams to meet deadlines. Adapt edits to various aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) and platform-specific needs. Maintain organized project files and versioning. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus). Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, transitions, and animation techniques. Familiarity with editing for tech-related content. Knowledge of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior. Ability to work independently while managing deadlines. Strong storytelling skills with attention to pacing, audio, and visual rhythm. Bonus Points For: Experience in working with tech brands or agencies serving tech clients. Knowledge of basic sound design or voiceover editing. Familiarity with tools like Figma, DaVinci Resolve, or Blender. A reel/portfolio showcasing social media videos and motion graphics work. Project Management: Manage video projects from concept to completion, overseeing pre-production, shoot, post-production, and delivery stages. Creative Collaboration: Source, develop, and guide video ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams at Digital Jalebi and global clients. Execution Optimization: Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and video development, ensuring high-quality video production while maintaining efficient workflows. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate operational risks and dependencies, addressing potential disruptions to timelines, deliverables, and resources.
