Role Overview: As a Functional Business Analyst within the Core Banking domain, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement Workato integrations and workflows to automate business processes. Configuring and customizing Workato recipes, connectors, and triggers to meet specific client needs will also be part of your role. Thorough testing and debugging of Workato integrations will be crucial to ensure reliability and efficiency. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to clients during both the implementation and post-implementation phases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, will be essential for successful Workato projects. Maintaining documentation, including technical specifications, integration diagrams, and user guides, will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. - Design, develop, and implement Workato integrations and workflows. - Configure and customize Workato recipes, connectors, and triggers. - Test and debug Workato integrations for reliability and efficiency. - Provide technical guidance and support to clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. - Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 5 years of strong experience as a Functional Business Analyst within the Core Banking domain. - Proven experience and knowledge of Oracle Banking Products (e.g., Flexcube, Oracle Banking Platform, OBP). - Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. - Experience with SDLC methodologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
