Location: Noida Experience: 2+ years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Video Producer Manager to lead and manage video production projects end-to-end. This role involves overseeing the entire video production process, from pre-production and shoot supervision to post-production and final delivery. You will align video work across the Creative Team and the broader organization, ensuring smooth execution, high-quality output, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Operational Structure Development: Envision and build an efficient operational framework to align video projects across the Creative Team and other departments. Project Management: Manage video projects from concept to completion, overseeing pre-production, shoot, post-production, and delivery stages. Creative Collaboration: Source, develop, and guide video ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams at Digital Jalebi and global clients. Execution Optimization: Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and video development, ensuring high-quality video production while maintaining efficient workflows. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate operational risks and dependencies, addressing potential disruptions to timelines, deliverables, and resources. Service-Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Create and manage SLAs with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and progress tracking. Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as the key point of contact between the Video Lead , Designers, and departments like Finance, Legal, and Recruiting . Skills & Experience You Bring: Proven Experience: 2+ years in video production or a similar field, successfully leading video projects from start to finish. Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio that showcases a diverse range of completed video projects demonstrating your expertise. Speed & Action: Bias towards action, with the ability to implement repeatable processes that help video teams deliver faster.  Collaboration: Strong ability to work across teams, empowering others to be their best and bringing out the best in those you manage. Organizational Excellence: You excel at running day-to-day operations, managing monthly roadmaps, and turning ambiguity into clarity. Execution Expertise: Skilled at managing various aspects of production, from scheduling executive reviews to ensuring contractor payments are made on time. Creative Storytelling: A passion for storytelling through video, constantly pushing creative boundaries and trying new things. High Emotional Intelligence: Excellent at understanding people and adjusting your approach to different situations to build strong working relationships. Creative Champion: Empathy and passion for the creative process, with a belief that the quality of your team's work reflects your own contributions. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premier Pro and After Effects. On-Set Experience: Hands-on experience conducting interviews and directing production crews on set. Education: Master's Degree in Film Making, Animation, Applied Arts, or Mass Communications .
