Job Description

DJ X Labs is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead HR Generalist functions and manage the complete employee life cycle while ensuring smooth operations through Zoho People and Zoho Recruit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong HR processes in a fast-paced, creative, and tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

HR Generalist & Operations:

Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle: onboarding, induction, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensure statutory compliance, and support payroll processing.
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievance redressal, and culture-building initiatives.
Drive employee engagement and retention programs.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end hiring for design, technology, and business roles using Zoho Recruit.
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver the right talent.
Build a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, and referrals.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Zoho People & Zoho Recruit Administration

Configure and manage Zoho People modules (attendance, leave, performance, employee database).
Optimize hiring workflows and ATS in Zoho Recruit.
Generate HR reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
Conduct training sessions for managers and employees to ensure efficient use of Zoho tools.

Requirements

3-8 years of HR Generalist experience (mandatory).
Proven hands-on expertise with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and creative workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior HR experience in digital media, creative, or technology sectors.
Exposure to HR automation, analytics, or transformation projects.
HR certifications (Zoho, SHRM, PHR, etc. ) are a plus.
