Accountable for all departments from production initiation to final shipment, ensuring seamless end-to-end operational efficiency. Directed cross-functional units such as Quality Control, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to maintain high standards of performance and compliance. Responsible for achieving company-wide targets in production output, export shipments, and product quality. Led manpower planning, recruitment, training, and workforce management in coordination with the HR department to maintain a skilled and efficient workforce. Collaborated with Planning and Marketing teams to align production capabilities with customer requirements and market demand. Note:- Background should be Foundry & Machining process.
