• Oversaw multi-plant operations including Foundry and CNC Shop, ensuring alignment with overall production and business objectives.
• Accountable for all departments from production initiation to final shipment, ensuring seamless end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Directed cross-functional units such as Quality Control, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
• Responsible for achieving company-wide targets in production output, export shipments, and product quality.
• Led manpower planning, recruitment, training, and workforce management in coordination with the HR department to maintain a skilled and efficient workforce.
• Collaborated with Planning and Marketing teams to align production capabilities with customer requirements and market demand.

Background should be Foundry & Machining process.

Preferably in the Valves & Pump industry.
