You will ensure alignment with national and global EHS standards, drive sustainability initiatives, and proactively manage risks to create a safe and sustainable workplace. Ensure timely compliance with all environmental regulations (CPCB, SPCB, etc.) and maintain accurate submissions on PCB portals. Develop and implement waste management and pollution control strategies. Lead health and safety audits, risk assessments, and workplace hazard mitigation plans. Drive internal safety awareness through training sessions, mock drills, and emergency preparedness. Maintain and renew licenses and permits while coordinating with government and regulatory bodies. Build a culture of safety-first through employee engagement and customized EHS training modules. Contribute to PadCare's sustainability goals through carbon reduction, resource efficiency, and reporting. What we're looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related field or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) or Advanced Diploma in Environment, Health & Safety Management (AD EHS). 3-4 years of experience in EHS roles (preferably in manufacturing, recycling, or waste management). Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory standards, safety protocols, and sustainability reporting.
