Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Conduct legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations,

to support ongoing legal matters. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and Memos.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and summarize legal documents and identify key issues.
Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, briefs, and other legal documents as required.
Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files, databases, and other documentation Systems.
Stay updated with legal developments, industry trends, and changes in regulations that may impact the organization.
Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents
Assistance in Compliance
Assist in completing the Vendor Registration Forms for client onboarding
Handle contract Management through CLM software
