Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in HR coordination or talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word) for document preparation and data analysis.
