Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in HR coordination or talent acquisition role.
Strong understanding of recruitment management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word) for document preparation and data analysis.
