Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Oversee HR generalist activities such as employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement effective HR operations strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop organizational goals and objectives aligned with company vision.
Ensure seamless execution of all HR functions by coordinating with various departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related field (Corporate HR).
Proven track record of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations from a reputed institution.
