Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Design to lead and oversee engineering design initiatives, manage the design team, and ensure alignment with global and local engineering standards. This role involves supervising product and process design, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain global and local engineering strategies, standards, and best practices.
  
• Act as a bridge between global engineering teams and local operations to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  
• Provide technical expertise and input for bids, new product initiatives, and business development opportunities.
  
• Define, track, and manage KPIs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows for the design team.
  
• Lead the introduction of new products, processes, and design methodologies.
  
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering design team.
  
• Ensure cross-functional coordination with production, quality, and supply chain teams while maintaining compliance with customer requirements.
  
• Participate in global engineering forums and facilitate local adoption of global standards.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design, engineering efficiency, and product innovation.
