Spearhead infrastructural changes, setup, and development for our software. CI/CD,AWS EC2 instances, lambdas, etc. Address internal bugs and customer-reported issues promptly, ensuring high-quality,bug-free code that aligns with industry standards. Identify technical debt within the system and devise strategic plans for resolution andimplementation to enhance our marine solutions. Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and support whilefostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning,stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct unit and functional testing to ensure robustness and reliability of developedsolutions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, employing analytical thinking to tacklecomplex challenges. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders.
