Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Associate with around 3 years of experience in corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, real estate documentation, dispute resolution, and general corporate advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including MSAs, consultancy agreements, licensing agreements, franchise agreements, and more.
Handle end-to-end documentation for real estate matters such as lease deeds, sale agreements, and joint development agreements.
Assist in dispute resolution by preparing legal notices, replies, and advising on litigation matters related to contracts, vendors, and employment.
Provide legal advisory on sector-specific laws including legal metrology, food safety, data privacy, and employment regulations.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for legal vetting and compliance.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of contract law, real estate law, and dispute resolution
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and statutory requirements
