Senior Associate

We are seeking a Legal Associate with around 3 years of experience in corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, real estate documentation, dispute resolution, and general corporate advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including MSAs, consultancy agreements, licensing agreements, franchise agreements, and more.
  
• Handle end-to-end documentation for real estate matters such as lease deeds, sale agreements, and joint development agreements.
  
• Assist in dispute resolution by preparing legal notices, replies, and advising on litigation matters related to contracts, vendors, and employment.
  
• Provide legal advisory on sector-specific laws including legal metrology, food safety, data privacy, and employment regulations.
  
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for legal vetting and compliance.
