Senior Associate

The primary responsibilities of the Fabricator-Welder include:

1. Fit-Up and Assembly:

   Perform precise fit-up and assembly of large components as per technical drawings and customer requirements.

2. Welding Execution:

   Execute high-quality welding tasks using specified techniques (FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, Semi-auto carriage welding).

3. Quality Control:

   Ensure all welds are visually free from defects (VT) and implement deformation control measures.

4. Preparation and Setup:

   Prepare materials, set up welding equipment, and handle basic fit-up activities.

5. Layout Check:

   Conduct layout checks using templates, measuring instruments, and blueprints.

6. Material Handling:

   Operate EOT (Electric Overhead Travelling) cranes safely to move large components.

7. Maintenance & Safety:

   Maintain 5S standards in the shop floor and adhere to basic industrial safety guidelines.

8. Continual Improvement:

   Actively involve in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
