Hr Manager 2

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR professional responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including Industrial Relations (IR), policy formulation, grievance management, HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, team leadership, and sales HR support. The role demands a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, capable of aligning people practices with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industrial Relations (IR):
  Maintain healthy employee management relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and adherence to labor laws. Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure compliance with all applicable industrial regulations.
• Policy Development & Implementation:
  Formulate, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to foster a transparent and compliant work environment.
• Grievance Management:
  Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances; conduct investigations, recommend corrective measures, and ensure fair resolution in alignment with company values.
• HR Operations:
  Oversee day-to-day HR operations including payroll coordination, employee data management, attendance, and statutory compliance to ensure process efficiency and accuracy.
• Talent Acquisition:
  Drive end-to-end recruitment activitiesmanpower planning, sourcing, selection, onboardingto ensure the acquisition of the right talent within defined timelines.
• Employee Engagement:
  Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, retention, and organizational culture.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and guide HR team members; build capability, drive performance, and ensure seamless execution of HR deliverables.
• Sales HR Support:
  Partner with sales leadership to address field HR challenges, manage performance-related concerns, and strengthen the connection between HR and business objectives.
