Job Description

We are looking for HR Manager from Education /Training /NGO/ E Learning domain only

Job Location-

Job Summary:

Recruitment & Staffing:
Lead the recruitment process &Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and implement programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
Organize regular training on customer service, food safety, and other essential operational procedures.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process for all staff.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with audits as needed.
Employee Engagement:
Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
Organize team-building events and reward programs.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate disbursements & Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, leave policies, etc.).

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Full Time MBA Preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Education/Training/NGO industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
