Responsibilities: Responsible for all Civil and Interior Projects. Collecting and completing the project statuary compliances. Going through the terms and conditions thoroughly to have the best understanding Ensuring the availability of required documents of information (drawings) and compliances in the beginning of the projects Preparation and timely sharing of the project schedule Forecasting, planning and allocation of manpower Necessarily documenting all the conversation in e mails/ in written (as applicable) Forecasting and understanding the critical areas (long lead items, festive seasons, working conditions) and sharing it to relative peoples. Coordination with QS for long lead items. Updating the quantity surveyor about any changes evolving while executing the project. Delegation of daily targets to SE (Area wise and Activity wise) Monitoring of the execution with time and quality. Implementation of Gantts Chart Prioritizing the satisfaction of Clients/PMC/Architects Close site monitoring and supervision on all the members of the team and delegation of tasks with best of planning and understanding. Quick understanding and resolution of unexpected pop-ups Maintaining the Gantts Chart (tracking the project) Ensuring the timely completion and proper execution of the project Highlighting and resolving any obstacles (pending services) in the progress of project to the Clients/PMC/Architects Interactive relationship management with Clients/PMC/Architects Daily internal meetings with SE (morning & evening briefing meetings) Weekly meeting with the sub contractors. Ensuring 100% quality, safety and handling of manpower in the best possible manner. Working and treating the team efficiently at the site along with the management. Implement systematic practical working method. Forwarding DPR, AWP (advance week planning) to the senior management and PMC. Ensuring effective coordination with the other agencies If any variation or changes occur, it has to be brought to the notice of the PMC of the client immediately, taking a written or mail confirmation, before execution. Assist on Quantity Survey and Billing Involving in work which is not a part of PO, without confirmation, project manager will be held responsible for the work executed. Maintaining leadership quality and maturity all throughout the execution process. Behaving in a professional manner with the clients and PMC and not misbehaving or having any sort of argument with clients and PMC. He should be capable of solving problems to the maximum possible extent before escalating it to the management. Any major issue that arises has to be reported to senior management immediately and should also be capable of resolving it himself. Should be capable of handling situations that arise due to misleading information or any hindrance during the execution process. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. The role requires strong expertise in MEP, civil, and interior fit-out materials , along with proficiency in rate analysis, market pricing trends, and coordination with project teams to finalize costs effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for MEP, civil, and interior fit-out projects.
