As a turnkey solution provider we undertake Design & Build and Interior fit-out projects all over India. Our scope of work includes but not limiting to designing, consultancy, project management, and contracting of civil finishing & interior fit-out along with all relative services (Electrical, HVAC, FAS, PAS, Networking etc), depending up on project-to-project requirements. Our expertise converges in executing wide range of projects, from small turnkey solutions to huge office spaces and complex laboratories.

Responsibilities:

• Study the space to provide plans for interior planning and design.
• Understanding and developing design concepts- Furniture, False Ceiling, Lighting etc
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timeliness.
• Exceptional Revit Architecture knowledge and drafting skills
• Developing detailed drawings and elevations
• Knowledge about interior elements and building structures
• Proficient in Revit, 3D, MS Excel
• Well versed with designing commercial, office layouts
• Preparation of BOQ
• Visit Sites for better understanding and clarifications
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis.
• Performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Proficient in English, good communication skills and can correspond independently

*Desired work experience

• Industry Experience of 4-10 years
• Interior and Architecture , PMC firms , contracting firms
• Corporate Interiors experience is a must.

*Qualification:

Graduate, MBA, B Tech in Arch, Civil Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent degree.
