Role & responsibilities Meet with clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and budgets Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and space plans Prepare 2D/3D designs, renderings, and presentations Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor Prepare drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and suppliers Supervise site execution to ensure design accuracy and quality Ensure projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and timelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve design/site issues Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Diploma in Interior Design or related field Proven experience as an Interior Designer (X+ years, if applicable) Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, or similar Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
