The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site execution for commercial office interiors projects. This includes managing on-site teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards, and driving timely completion of projects. The role demands hands-on technical expertise combined with leadership and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily site operations covering civil works, carpentry, false ceilings, MEP installations, flooring, painting, and finishes. Thoroughly review and interpret Good For Construction (GFC) drawings; identify and resolve any discrepancies or conflicts with design and site conditions. Act as the primary site coordinator liaising with clients, architects, PMCs, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Develop detailed work schedules and ensure site activities meet planned timelines without compromising on quality. Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory safety norms at the site. Supervise, mentor, and guide junior site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to ensure productivity and quality. Monitor site progress and generate regular reports for the Project Manager including any potential delays or issues. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment on site. Facilitate site inspections and quality audits; promptly address any punch list or snagging issues. Candidate Profile: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design/Architecture. Minimum 5 years of hands-on site management experience specifically in commercial interiors or office fit-outs. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes used in interiors projects. Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve on-site challenges proactively. Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.

Responsibilities Prepare landscape EC details and assist in EC meetings and concept presentations. Develop detailed drawings from schematic to GFC stage; ensure accuracy before site release. Coordinate with consultants (ecologists, irrigation, horticulturists, lighting, signage, etc.). Prepare block budgets and tender documents for softscape, hardscape, and special features. Collaborate with consultants and vendors for design development and custom products. Conduct site visits and attend review meetings to monitor construction progress. Possess strong knowledge of landscape materials, detailing, and on-site execution practices.
