Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to Emami Realtys project and corporate needs. Forecast hiring needs based on manpower planning and business requirements. Align talent acquisition plans with organizational growth and expansion strategies. 2. Recruitment Operations Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Use various sourcing techniques including headhunting, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring. Coordinate with department heads to understand role specifications and candidate fitment. 3. Employer Branding Promote Emami Realty as an employer of choice through effective employer branding strategies. Represent the company at job fairs, industry meets, and campus events to attract top talent. 4. Stakeholder Management Liaise with senior management and project heads to understand hiring needs. Partner with external recruitment agencies and consultants for niche or volume hiring. 5. Systems and Reporting Maintain and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment dashboards. Provide periodic reports and analytics on recruitment metrics time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc. 6. Compliance & Process Excellence Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and statutory regulations. Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes and candidate experience. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of real estate hiring landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in modern recruitment tools, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri, and ATS platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Ability to understand project lifecycle and workforce planning.
