Job Description

Role Overview: As the Deputy General Manager (DGM) Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in the real estate division. Your main tasks will include formulating and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth by acquiring and retaining clients. It is essential for you to exhibit strong leadership qualities, possess extensive industry knowledge, and demonstrate proficiency in nurturing and sustaining client relationships to ensure successful real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives. - Monitor market trends to leverage opportunities and mitigate threats. - Lead, guide, and inspire the sales team towards achieving set performance targets. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors. - Streamline the sales process to enhance operational efficiency and timely deal closure. - Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment between sales materials, promotions, and market demands. - Monitor and report on sales performance metrics such as forecasting, pipelines, and conversion rates. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. - Identify new business opportunities, forge partnerships to expand the client base, and lead initiatives to enhance the company's market presence. - Participate in networking events, conferences, and expos aimed at boosting the company's visibility and brand presence. Qualification Required: - Proven experience of 10-15 years in real estate sales. - Thorough understanding of real estate markets, trends, and industry best practices. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. - Strong network within the real estate industry (preferred). - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - Negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.,
