AGM/DGM Sales Operations

As a Sales Operations Manager at our company, your role will be crucial in optimizing sales processes, driving revenue growth, and enhancing sales team productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Streamline sales processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement best practices to improve sales productivity. - Provide training, support, and tools to ensure the sales team is well-equipped for success. - Take ownership of and optimize our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adoption. - Work closely with sales leadership to develop and refine sales forecasts, pipeline management, and opportunity analysis. - Lead special projects aimed at driving sales growth, enhancing sales infrastructure, and supporting strategic initiatives. - Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure collaboration and alignment. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales operations or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools. - Project management experience is a plus.
