Sr. Manager / Manager Project Head

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing medium scale construction projects, specifically focusing on High Rise Residential and Commercial Buildings. Your role will involve overseeing civil, structural, and interior finishing work, as well as leading and communicating with large to medium-sized teams. Fluency in both written and verbal English and Bengali will be essential for effective communication. Key Responsibilities: - Manage medium scale construction projects efficiently - Oversee civil, structural, and interior finishing work - Lead and communicate effectively with large to medium-sized teams - Prepare estimations, billing, and quantity take-offs from drawings - Bring expertise in residential, commercial, and township projects Qualification Required: - B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering - Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience - Experience in High Rise Residential/Commercial Building projects Additional Details: The job is based in Kolkata and you will report to the Project Head.,
