Job Summary
Responsible for concept development, space planning, and preparing detailed design drawings for retail stores, corporate offices, and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Develop concepts, layouts, 3D views, and mood boards tailored to retail & commercial environments.
Prepare space planning layouts, GFC drawings, and detailed interior drawings.
Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and branding elements aligned with retail guidelines.
Coordinate with clients for design approvals and revisions.
Work closely with estimation, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality.
Stay updated with market trends relevant to retail interiors.
Required Skills
Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion.
Strong visualization, creativity, and communication skills.
