BIM Architect

As a BIM Architect, your role involves developing accurate and coordinated architectural BIM models in Revit for high-rise residential projects. You will be responsible for preparing GFC drawings, detailed layouts, and ensuring compliance with project standards. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing, updating, and managing architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. - Creating GFC drawings, detailed layouts, sections, and elevations as per project requirements. - Ensuring architectural deliverables comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD standards, and company guidelines. - Coordinating models with structural, MEP, and landscape teams for clash-free integration. - Supporting clash detection and resolution through Navisworks or similar tools. - Extracting BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models. - Maintaining BIM standards, templates, and libraries for architectural elements. - Participating in design reviews, client meetings, and documentation processes. - Mentoring junior architects/modelers on GFC and BIM workflows. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field. - 3+ years of experience in architectural BIM modeling for residential high-rise projects. - Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) is mandatory. - Experience in preparing GFC drawings, construction documentation, and detailing. - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape (preferred). - Familiarity with international building codes and BIM standards. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
